Duagh Family and community resource centre is situated in North Kerry. The centre was founded in 1994 and grew from the needs identified by the original management committee through consultation, focus groups and a needs analysis carried out by the University of Limerick in 1996. The organisation received family resource centre status in 1998. Some of the main services and supports provided by the Family Resource Centre include: 

• Family Support & Services provided both universal and targeted
• Counselling and Play Therapy
• Youth Programmes
• Parenting Programmes (All age groups catered for)
• Parent & Toddler
• Childcare Services (from babies up to Pre-School)
• Breakfast Club & After-Schools Services
• Jobs club
• Older Peoples Services including day care, meals on wheels & outings
• Information Officer
• Education and training programme to assist the unemployed
• Facilitating the delivery of ETB (Kerry Education and Training) Training Programmes
